Intra-and-extrocranial tumor is the tumor growing through the normal or formed skull clearance, distributing intra and extra cranial, such as in cranial cavity, orbit, nasal sinus, or nasal cavity. Skull base is often involved. The invasion is usually large, and it often grows around or adjacent to the intracranial large blood vessels or important nerve tissue, with a complicated anatomic relationship, and rich blood supply. Its diagnosis and treatment involves multidisciplinary knowledge, which is one of the huge medical problems around the world.
