Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome is also called Tourette’s syndrome or chronic multiple spasm etc. This disease is a group of extrapyramidal disease occurred in adolescence which is characterized by spontaneous involuntary twitch happening in the head, limbs and trunk muscles of, accompanied with explosive guttural, or abusing. The typical manifestation includes multiple spasm, involuntary sound, and language or behavior disorders. It may be accompanied with obsessive idea, personality disorder, sometimes with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder.
